“Are you certified?”

Yes! I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, or CSCS. It is a high level certification that is typically pursued by those doing graduate level work.

“Do I need to sign an ‘x’ month contract to train with you?”

No - not for my services. You pay a monthly subscription, and you can cancel when you are done. Easy.

“Where do you do your in-person training?”

I am currently training clients at Work Out West - Greeley CO’s Top Rated Local Fitness Campus. It is a fantastic facility that has all you’d need to complete any workout!

“Will my workouts be personalized to me?”

Absolutely - no cookie-cutter routines! As a CSCS I can accurately program for weight loss, muscle gain, powerlifting, football, basketball, track/field, dance - you name it!

“What’s your training style?”

I believe in positive affirmation, celebrating progress, and encouraging hard work. I promote accountability AND positivity, and my clients respond well and reach their goals fast as a result. If you are looking for a “drill sergeant” to train you, that is not really my style.

“Do you track nutrition?”

For sure! All my trainees get access to in-app food/macro tracking services. We track food so that you can better achieve the results you are looking for!

“Do you do full meal planning?”

Not yet, but I will soon!
